Cancellations made 7 days before the designated rental date are eligible for a full refund (excluding credit card fees).

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the designated rental date will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee (excluding credit card fees).

Cancellations made 2 days before the designated rental date are non-refundable.

*If the designated vehicle cannot be provided on the specified day due to force majeure, the company will unconditionally provide a vehicle of the same class or offer a full refund.
